Finally a great combo
Date:19 October 2010
I have a box full of keyboards and mice that looked good until I worked with them for awhile and found reasons to discard them and try something else.
Finally I found this combo and love it.
The "Wave" is more comfortable than the Microsoft product I had tried. It really has a natural feel to it and I find problems with getting my fat fingers on the right keys to be greatly reduced.
The built in palm rest is also superior to those on others that I have tried. It is firmly attached, not clipped on, so it does not flop around or fall off or worse have the clips broken. It is also very comfortable.
I have also found the mouse to have great response and has a great feel to it.
All in all, a GREAT combination.
If I have any cons to post it would be that the overall depth of the keyboard does present some problems if you have limited space. But I would not change it as the advantage of the padded attached palm rest greatly outweigh the negative.

Is this the best there is?
Date:28 September 2010
Logitech's remote keyboard is the best I've been able to find, but that isn't setting the bar too high. I can't comment on their mouse because the last Logitech mouse I had that worked was the old roller ball model.
In the interest of full disclosure, I am mildly disgraphic (weak nerve signals from finger tips to brain), so I am hard on keyboards. But still, I'd like for one to last three years.
I work as a research analyst. Maybe Logitech isn't designed to handle that kind of workload?
