Not the best gaming headset

I bought this headset mainly because i have bought alot of logitech products before and that it was cheaper than say turtle beach equivalents.
First off i would like to say i was disappointed with this headset , for this price i expected 7.1 surround sound and more connectivity options like an optical input.
That said the quality of the headset was very good, like always. the sound quality was good, although there was static if you turned the volume all the way down. the headset was comfortable, the leather was soft and the padding was adequate, it does get sweaty though after a few hours, adjustable, the mic is very sturdy and dosent flop around at all, it was very easy to setup and use.
It is a good headset, but not the best for that price, overall i expected more.

I just got my F540 yesterday and once again Logitech did not let me down. Setup was a piece of cake. It took about 15min. Sound quality is very good. Volume rollers on headset is a plus. I just wish they had a stouter feel to them.
None the less I have bought many products from Logitech over the years and have never been disappointed. And they have GREAT customer support!
