Good but not Great

I have been using this dock for about three months and while it is good and does everything I ask of it, there is a small problem.
I have it connected to my computer through the aux cable and also to my iPod so I can listen to whatever device I am on. However the sound quality, especially when you want to up the volume to ~75%, becomes disrupted by the actual body of the unit creaking and vibrating. This can become very annoying...
Other than that design flaw it is quite a nice product to use day in, day out.

Dock and Sound over Clock and Radio

Got this as a present. Never seen an iPad dock before. Great sound for a little unit. Docking works well and it's great to be able to do the iPad as well as the iPhone.
But if only logitech could have spent a dollar or two more on the clock part. The display is small and is angled in such a way that it is practically invisible if your bed happens to be lower than the unit the dock rest on, and not visible from the other side of the room when you want to use it as a clock. Also seems like penny pinching not to have at least a couple of pre-sets for the radio.
So good marks for the dock and the sound, but could do better for the clock and the radio.

A really great product.

Great sound quality even at high levels, great look and feel and the iPad/iPhone/iPod dock connector swivels forwards and backwards towards the device to accommodate varying device sizes. 30 is the highest level and I was quite surprised at the sound that was coming out of this speaker and louder than most other docks that I have had. The time also automatically updates with the time on the ipad which is another great addition, the front blue light can also be dimmed to suit many occasions.
Some cons so far that I have found for my setup include placement of the rear speaker making it hard to transport without feeling like you may accidentally put your fingers through it. The power and fm cord sit out from the rear of the device a bit to much so some people may be unable to sit it in place of other devices with inbuilt power cords. The cons that I have listed may not apply to you if you do not want to move the dock and just have it in the one place.
Overall I would give this dock a 9/10
